Biscuits with chocolate flavor

Ingredients


- 125g flour
-  40g Cocoa

-  60g sugar powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

- 1 small egg-sized

60g butter Lite thawed

Method:

- Meaty oven at 170 degrees Celsius.

- Put the butter in paper baking tray.

- Mix the flour, cocoa, sugar, salt and bicarbonate in a bowl.

- Add the egg and melted butter Mix well to get a cohesive dough.

- Leave the dough rest for 10 minutes.

- Sections of dough into tablespoon-sized pellets.

- The leader of the pellets in a frying pan

- Bake the mixture for 10 to 12 minutes.
